In-session we will give space to the pain points you may be experiencing, explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and find creative solutions, tools and strategies to help you live a more joyful, authentic, and connected life.

Relationship counselling creates a space where everyone in the room feels seen and heard. Together, we will identify patterns that have developed within your relationship, informed by each of your unique histories, and explore, develop, and strengthen safety, connection, intimacy, and communication within your relationship.

Which populations do you work with?
Individuals and couples who are 19+.
What concerns do your clients typically present with?
I see clients who come to counselling with a diverse array of concerns ranging from relational challenges, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, issues with self-concept or self-esteem, as well as clients who are looking for mental health check-ups/check-ins.
I have worked with a range of relationships, including newlyweds and folks with 20+ years together, to clients exploring non-monogamy. I often see relationships where clients are looking to communicate with one another with more clarity and compassion, those seeking greater connection and intimacy, as well as relationships recovering from infidelity.
What are the session formats?
I see clients in the office and virtually. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, however I do also offer 80 minute sessions upon request or on an as needed basis.
What are your rates?
Individual counselling is $150/50 minute session. Couples/Relationship Counselling is $180/50 minute session. Longer sessions are pro-rated.
Is counselling covered by extended health care?
Many extended health providers do cover counselling with Registered Clinical Counsellors - please check with your provider directly. After session, your receipt will have all of the information you need to submit your claim.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 48-hour notice for cancellation, sessions cancelled within 48-hours are subject to the full session fee. Of course sometimes life happens, we welcome you to reach out directly in the case of a personal or family emergency. Feel like you can't make it to the office? No problem, we can switch our session to be virtual.
Please note, if you have a chronic health condition that makes it challenging to meet a 48-hour cancellation policy, please connect with us about accommodations.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We take payment by credit card through the Jane App. Your receipt comes with all the information you need to submit a claim to extended insurance.
