50 minutes, just for you. In session we will give space to the pain points you may be experiencing, explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and find creative solutions to help you live a more joyful, authentic, and connected life.

Relationship counselling aims to create a space where everyone in the room feels seen and heard. Together, we will identify patterns that have developed within your relationship, informed by each of your unique histories, and explore, develop, and strengthen safety, connection, intimacy, and communication within your relationship.
